Course Fee Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the guidelines for course fees, including payment requirements, refunds, discounts, and financial responsibilities for participants enrolling in our programs.

2. Fee Structure

Course fees are determined based on program type, duration, and resources provided.
Course fee will start from 3000 INR plus taxes.
All fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless an installment plan is approved.
Additional costs (e.g., materials, certification, or exam fees) will be communicated upfront.

3. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

Online payment (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
Bank transfer
Cash (if permitted by the institution)

4. Installment Plans

Eligible participants may request installment payments (subject to approval).
A signed agreement is required, with scheduled due dates.
Failure to meet installment deadlines may result in suspension from the course.

5. Refund Policy

a) Full Refund

If a course is canceled by the institution.
If a participant withdraws at least 7 days before the course start date.

b) Partial Refund (50%)

If a participant withdraws within 3–6 days before the course starts.

c) No Refund

If a participant withdraws less than 48 hours before the course begins.
After the course has started (unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case-by-case).

6. Discounts & Scholarships

Early-bird discounts (if applicable) must be claimed before the specified deadline.
Group discounts may be available for multiple enrollments (minimum 3 participants).
Scholarships/financial aid may be offered based on eligibility (requires separate application).

7. Non-Payment & Consequences

Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in:
- Restricted access to course materials.
- Suspension from classes.
- Withholding of certificates until payment is settled.

8. Fee Changes

The institution reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice (at least 30 days in advance).
Existing enrollees will not be affected by mid-course fee changes.

9. Disputes & Appeals

Any disputes regarding fees or refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising.
Appeals will be reviewed by the management, and decisions will be final.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Asia Pacific. International orders may be subject to customs fees (buyer’s responsibility).

Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
